Joe came recommended from a friend, and we could not have been happier about our decision to work with him – not once but twice. First, he helped me sell my loft in Friendship/Garfield swiftly and for the price I was hoping to get. He understood the market and who the loft was meant for.

A few years later, we came back to work with him to find an older house with character in the city. Our tastes and aesthetic are somewhat unique for Pittsburgh buyers (we are pretty picky and know what we want), but Joe quickly understood what we were looking for and was constantly working to feed us only the new listings that were a match. He was lightning fast to respond and always managed to get us in to see houses, even when they weren't publicly offering viewings. We fell in love with more than one of them and almost bit.

Ultimately, we talked our landlord into selling us the house we were renting (this was always our first pick), so we didn't get to see the process through with Joe. But we have no doubt that he would have guided us into the perfect place. If I or my friends are ever in the market again, he's our first stop.

Joe is a wonderful person to work with. There were 3 major things which we liked. First, he had our interest always on his mind. He was not keen on dual agency which meant he wanted to give us the sellers his best efforts. Second, unlike other agents who want to make it easy by lowering sell price, Joe wanted to give best shot at getting best price for us sellers. Third, Joe will take care of property himself unlike companies who send different employees for open house, etc. We will highly recommend Joe for buying or selling real estate.
